The service person's work should include:
- Clean pilot and burners.
- Check gas pilot safety system.
- Ensure proper ignition and combustion.
- Check combustion venting and chimney draw.
- Paint firebox as necessary.
- Inspect door gasket.
- Clean glass.
- Clean exterior.
- Check fan operation (if applicable).
